Once products launch, available shipping services and costs will be shown at checkout. Product pages will state any production or processing time that applies before shipment.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking will be provided when supported by the selected service. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and do not include product processing time.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Use the contact page as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Packaging

Packaging methods and shipping weights are being validated with physical prototypes. Final listings will not claim a shipping time or package specification until those checks are complete.
