What you will provide

  • The exact name, initial, or short text requested
  • Your preferred available color
  • Any timing information relevant to the inquiry

Proof before production

ShapEVO will confirm spelling, capitalization, layout, and available options before a personalized design enters production. Character limits and font choices will be listed on each active product page after physical testing is complete.

Permitted content

Customers must have the right to use submitted words, logos, and artwork. We may decline hateful, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or technically unsuitable requests.

Current personalized items are design concepts and are not yet available for purchase. Their listings remain in Draft while stability, proofing, material, packaging, and lead-time workflows are validated.
