3D-printed objects have material-specific limits. Final material, finish, color, and care instructions will be stated on each product page only after test printing and review.

General care

  • Use a soft dry or lightly damp cloth.
  • Keep printed objects away from high heat, open flame, hot vehicles, ovens, and dishwashers unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
  • Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Do not use an item for direct food contact, drinking, or food preparation unless the specific product is documented for that use.
  • Inspect load-bearing, moving, or attachment points periodically and stop use if a part cracks or deforms.

Planters and vessels

Layered prints may not be watertight. Use a removable liner or nursery pot where instructed, protect furniture from moisture, and follow the guidance on the individual listing.

Honest material claims

ShapEVO will not describe a product as food-safe, dishwasher-safe, heat-resistant, waterproof, child-safe, or outdoor-rated without product- and material-specific evidence.
